納沙布岬　のさっぷみさき

最果ての地、納沙布岬は日本で一番早く朝日が昇る場所。晴れていれば北方領土の歯舞群島が目と鼻の先に見え、周辺施設の北方館では「北方領土視察証明書」がもらえます。また、1872年7月に設置された納沙布岬灯台は北海道最古の灯台とされ、「日本の灯台50選」にも選ばれています（ルート内では他にも花咲灯台、落石岬灯台が選ばれています）。

Nosappu Cape

Nosappu Cape is the easternmost cape and it’s known as the place to see the earliest sunrise in Japan. If it is sunny, you will be able to see Habomai Island group of Northern territories in front of you. And you can get “Inspection certificate of Northern territories” in Hoppou-kan near this cape. Nosappu cape lighthouse is the oldest in Hokkaido that installed in 1872 and it’s selected as one of top 50 lighthouse in Japan. In this route, also Ochiishi lighthouse and Hanasaki lighthouse are selected.

春国岱　しゅんくにたい

風蓮湖と根室湾を区切るようにのびる、長さ約8km、幅約1.3kmの砂州、ラムサール条約湿地の春国岱は国内有数の野鳥の楽園として知られ、数千年前の手つかずの自然が現存していることから「奇跡の島」とも呼ばれています。エゾシカやキタキツネといった野生動物も見られるほか、夕暮れの美しさには心を奪われます。

Shunkunitai

Shunkunitai is the sandbank 8 km long and 1.3 km wide that separate Furenko lake and Nemuro bay. Wetland of Shunkunitai is registered on the Ramsar Convention’s list. There is known as the best paradise for wild birds in Japan. Moreover, this wetland is called “miracle island” because it has pristine nature thousands of years ago. You can see wild animals such as deer and fox and will be amazed at the beautiful sunset.
